I will be updating all available design licenses to be sold to 1 customer only with unlimited usage of the art (print it on anything) with the added request for 10% royalties per year for any profits over 10k USD. For this i will request yearly financial statements for profits made using my art. If I do not receive a statement, I will assume you are not using the art and put it back up for sale. You also have the option to wave royalties by adding $1,000 per design up front.

If you do NOT pay the extra 1k then I will have to assume you have agreed to pay royalties.
After purchase I will send you this contact to sign.

The license is not for resale to a third party unless i know about it.

I will not sign over authorship of the artwork under any circumstances. All art listed on this website is created solely by Mark Cooper and i reserve the right to make prints of my work.
